Honey Hug is a limited Napam X SeBeez collaboration - an ode to Melbourne’s urban bees. Blending art and apiculture, the collection celebrates community, craft and the vital presence of bees in the city.

SeBeez aka Sebastiano

Sebastiano, known as Seby, was born and raised in Sicily, where life revolved around the land. Growing up on a farm, he developed a deep respect for nature, patience, and the quiet harmony of bees.

After moving to Melbourne, he translated his love for nature into a Brunswick backyard, where a few beehives blossomed into a small, sustainable urban farm. Today, it’s a self-sustaining space that reflects his Sicilian roots and belief that meaningful, sustainable living can thrive anywhere; even in the city.

Honey Harvest

Sebeez’s raw honey and beeswax cream are handmade from ingredients sourced straight from the farm and its hives. Each jar and tin reflects careful, small-scale beekeeping and the work of Melbourne’s urban bees. More than honey producers, bees embody balance, cooperation, and care for the environment. With every harvest taken thoughtfully to protect the hive.

This collaboration celebrates local food, artistic expression, and shared values of craftsmanship, community, and sustainability.

The Bee Hug

My latest artwork was inspired by Sebastiano’s love for bees and everything they represent. I wanted the design to reflect the happiness flowers bring into our everyday lives, while also reminding people how important our small, yet essential bees are, even in the middle of the city.

By painting little “bee hugs” around Melbourne, I hope to share a sense of warmth and joy, and gently raise awareness about caring for the bees that quietly support our community.
